Overall, this is a healthy morning ritual. I like to start my morning with a cup of room temperature water. It refreshes my body. Besides, it’s my favorite drink.

3. Eat healthy breakfast

A cup of coffee that will wake you up and stimulate you may seem very tempting in the morning, but you should know that caffeine is not the best way to start the day. Instead, eating a healthy breakfast is a great way to prepare your body and mind for the day ahead. Whole grains, fruits, and “good” carbohydrates such as oats are some of the top choices.

4. Exercise

We all know how important exercise is for our physical and mental well-being. Studies have shown that the metabolic rate is enhanced during the day when it is preceded by morning exercise. However, exercise does not have to be a traditional activity like running, skipping rope, stretching and weight lifting, etc. Rather, a few minutes of lively dancing is a great way to start your day and fill your body and brain with feelings of well- being and optimism.

5. Setting priorities

To improve your day, one morning ritual should be taking control of almost every single situation. Time is of the essence, so organizing in the morning is a top priority for people with excellent performance. Planning and creating a clear plan for the day can help you prioritize what is important and the ability to deal with obligations and situations in a timely manner. Conversely, a lack of focus means that we distract ourselves from less critical tasks and consequently become less productive.
